During my Software Engineering Co-op, I have contributed to multiple stages of the Software Development Life Cycle by participating in refinement sessions, supporting requirement analysis, and helping translate business needs into clear technical tasks. My responsibilities include preparing and updating documentation, reviewing and improving government letters for AODA compliance, and performing accessibility testing to ensure the system meets required standards. I also assist with development-related tasks such as code table updates, bug fixes, and validation of system behaviour alongside QA. Through this role, I am actively engaging in each phase of the SDLC—refinement, development, testing, documentation, and deployment preparation, while strengthening my technical skills and understanding of enterprise software practices.
